Return & Exchange Policy

We have a 60-day 100% satisfacation guaranteed return policy. Simply return your unused items in its new original packing and we will refund your total amount.

There are two options when making a return. 

1.Full Refund：Receive a full refund back to your original payment method when you ship your item without any damage back. Returns must be Processed with 60 days from the date your order was received to be eligible for a refund.

 2.Full Refund: You may be able to receive a full refund for the following products:

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for any reasonable reasons.

Any item that is returned after 60 days from delivery.

Meeden will cover the cost of shipping when making a return.(Items are returned via FedEx, USPS,UPS).

3.Exchange: MEEDEN will replace damaged or defective items. If you need to exchange your item for the same product, contact us via:marketing@meeden-art.com
